Novie has decided that climbing on the couch is no longer a challenge. She now climbs on anything that she thinks will give her parents a good scare.
Novie started out small but rather quickly progressed to potential broken arm status:
Shortly after this picture was taken
Novie was dancing/bouncing in the stroller. She slipped down with one leg going under the bar and of course the other above it. She was a little more cautious the next time she climbed in.
There is no need to feel bad for
Novie in this picture. She is not crying because she is scared. She is crying because she got busted! All of the vases and pictures from the second shelf were laying on the floor. She progressed from climbing on the chair to climbing on the hutch in a matter of 15 minutes! I thought she would test the waters for a few days first. As a side note, I do not normally let
Novie run around the house half naked. She has figured out how to remove her clothes. I am actually
surprised she is still wearing her panties!
I have not been able to get a picture but
Novie is also seating herself in her high chair. If only she could master the straps!

Too funny... my sister was the same way as a kid! She climbed everything- even trees. She was so monkey-like ;)
